On March 4th the music will run from 3pm - 7pm. On March 11th the music will run from 2pm - 5pm.

Feel free to come and go as you please throughout the duration of the music.

  • Do I need a ticket to come to the music?

This is a free event - so no ticket is required to enter the event site.

Please be aware that there will be a limited capacity so please aim to arrive early to secure your spot on the beach.

  • Where will the music be?

We will have a stage set up on Mount Maunganui Main Beach near the Surf Club.

    See our site plan here!

  • What is the best way to get there?

As many of you know, parking in Mount Maunganui is very limited and can be very difficult. We would reccommend that you walk, bike, scooter, uber or taxi to the event to avoid any parking headaches.

  • What artists will be performing?

We have a very exciting line up this year with Summer Thieves, Flaxxies, Little Sunday and Taipella Tide performing on March 4th. On March 11th we will have SØJURN, Fin Rah Zel, and The Mara performing.

  • Why does the music on March 11th finish at 5pm?

The music on March 11th is a small warm up to our prize giving which will conclude the Waterbourne Beach Festival.

It would be awesome to have as many people as possible hang around after the music to support our athletes and congratulate the winners.
